The villa is thoughtfully designed to adapt to a variety of gatherings, from intimate family reunions and small celebrations to grand events hosting up to 500 guests. Its versatility makes it ideal for creating memorable experiences, no matter the occasion.
Featured here is the spacious living area, offering unobstructed views of the ocean. Spanning 180 square meters, this space seamlessly transforms from a cozy living room to an open reception area or even a mini corporate retreat room. The indoor dining room comfortably accommodates 20 guests, while the villa also features a dedicated boardroom with seating for 12 people, complete with an adjacent lounge area for added convenience and comfort.
This exceptional flexibility ensures that every guest can enjoy the villa's stunning setting and thoughtfully curated amenities.
Event bookings must submit an event plan through the appointed EO at least 7 months before the event. The plan should include an event timeline, vendors, setup plan, and necessary permits like post-events. Late submissions may result in cancellation.
The security deposit is 20% of the total rental cost, excluding tax. Security deposit must be paid no later than 3 months before the event. Non-compliance may result in cancellation. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 2 weeks after the event, following a property condition inspection by the villa management.
Many events involve temporary structures that can damage lawns and pools. Techniques like matting can minimize risk. Include structure details like marquees, bars, pool platforms, dance floors, and PA booths in the event plan for review. Fire precautions are essential when placing structures.
Place drop-offs under staging and platforms before evening events. Ensure adequate lighting for safety during evening events. Swimming pools should be supervised, especially for children who must always be accompanied.
Bali has a tropical climate with two distinct seasons: the dry season (April to October) and the rainy season (November to March). During the dry season, the weather is typically sunny and warm, with temperatures ranging from 23°C to 30°C, making it ideal for outdoor weddings at Villa Ombak Biru.
The rainy season, however, brings occasional heavy showers, particularly from December to February. While rain is usually short-lived, it can impact outdoor ceremonies.
For weddings during the rainy season, it's recommended to have a backup plan with a covered or indoor venue option at Villa Ombak Biru. Consider renting a marquee or tent for outdoor events to ensure guests stay dry. Additionally, it's wise to have umbrellas available and ensure your photographer and event planners are prepared to adapt quickly in case of sudden rain. Despite the rains, Bali remains beautiful year-round, and with the right precautions, a rainy season wedding can still be a magical experience.
