fee of Rp 4,200,000 applies for the local community (Banjar) for groups of 25 or more per event. This fee also applies to any additional events (subject to change).

REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • • Dance floor and bar platform protection is mandatory.
  • • Bedrooms are for resident guests only unless prior approval is obtained. Otherwise, they should be locked for security.
  • • Fireworks are allowed with special permit; however, releasing balloons is prohibited because they deflate and eventually end up in the ocean. Fire dances are only permitted in the lawn area, and if the grass is damaged or burned, the repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • • EOs must be onsite during the event, including setup and dismantling. Subcontractors are not allowed without EO presence.
  • • EOs must coordinate security procedures with villa staff and provide a supplier access list.
  • • For events, EO should coordinate for car parking with the villa management.
